Universal Management Company is a full-service self storage management company owned and operated by M. Anne Ballard and Norma Taylor, who together have almost fifty years of professional management and marketing experience. Established in 1993, Universal currently manages forty plus stores across the United States.
Our management services include but are not limited to:
- Hiring, training and supervising your staff
- Payroll services including all necessary employment records and necessary deductions required by federal and state laws
- Establish unit price structure
- Establishing fee structure for late and other charges
- Implementing accounting system including maintaining operating account and paying vendor invoices
- Full financial statement by the 15th of month to the Owner
- Auction Processing
- All advertising including yellow page design
- Marketing programs
- Monthly site visits by assigned Area Manager
- Monthly meetings with Owner
