• Consulting is also included for suggested store style and design, consulting with chosen architect for layout of office and resident manager apartment if applicable, gate and access points and all operation considerations with final plans and bids from industry metal building companies, architects and the other integral parties necessary and chosen by owner or with Universal's assistance.

Owner will be asked to furnish reproducible property site plans and other necessary site-specific data, as well as biographical and financial data for developers to insert into loan packages if needed. A rendering of the suggested street view/curb appeal and draft site building plan should also be included and additional costs to perform these items is not included in our initial fee (These are needed for zoning presentations and pre-marketing purposes.)
